• Attempt to make balanced pools of equal sizes for each division.

• Based on pool size and venue/time constraints, determine the optimal format for pool play games (e.g. 1 set to 21 for larger pools or best of 3 to 15 for smaller pools)

• Consider implementing hard caps to ensure timely finish of pool play (e.g. set to 21 - hard cap 21, set to 15 - hard cap 17, etc.)

• Teams are seeded into their division's bracket based first on

  • Number of losses

  • Head to head

  • Average point differential

  • Coin flip
