• Publish a clear itinerary of important timepoints at tournament (e.g. sign-in, pool play, lunch/break, bracket play, etc.)

• Offer a Women's Division and 3 Open Divisions (e.g. beginner, intermediate, advanced, expert, etc.) at a minimum. ​

• Accommodate teams if any divisions must be combined

​

• Allow teams the ability to view who is already registered. See the Fwango tool

​

• A co-ed/mixed tournament may be played instead or as a separate tournament the following/previous day.  

​

• Accommodate players traveling from out of town as best as possible (transportation from airport, lodging, etc.)
